For Tally User
Step1. Open Chrome browser & enter your Tally URL
Step 2. Log In using your Tally credentials (Screen 1)
In the right bottom corner, the chatbox option will be visible. (Screen 2)
You will get chat responses immediately here.
Step 3. If you want to share media files such as screenshots, videos, etc, you can add attachments from here itself.
a) Click on the paper clip icon on the right bottom of the chatbox (Screen 3)
b) Select the media file you want to share
c) Press Enter
For Tally Admin
Step 1. If you are a Tally admin, log in using admin credentials (Screen 4)
Step 2. Similarly in the admin panel also chatbox will be visible (Screen 5)
